The Details:

I. Coverage

This protection plan covers your Vitality Joints Massager against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The coverage includes:

a. Mechanical and Electrical Failure

  • Mechanical Components: Any failure or malfunction of the massager's mechanical components.
  • Electrical Components: Failure of electrical components, including the power supply and control panel.

b. Normal Wear and Tear

  • Protection against wear and tear on components due to normal usage.

c. Accidental Damage

  • Coverage for accidental damage, such as drops, spills, or other unexpected incidents that occur during regular use.

d. Power Surges

  • Protection against damage caused by power surges or electrical fluctuations.

e. Product Replacement

  • If the massager cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with an equivalent model.

II. Terms and Conditions

a. Registration

  • To activate the protection plan, you must register your Vitality Joints Massager within 30 days of purchase. Registration requires providing proof of purchase and basic contact information.

b. Exclusions

  • The protection plan does not cover damage resulting from intentional misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications to the massager.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the massager is not covered.

c. Claim Process

  • In the event of a covered issue, contact our customer support team through the provided channels. You will be guided through the claim process, including providing necessary information and arranging for repair or replacement.

d. Repair Authorization

  • Repairs must be authorized by the protection plan provider before being carried out. Unauthorized repairs may void the protection plan.

e. Transferability

  • The protection plan is transferable to a new owner if the massager is sold. To transfer the protection plan, the new owner must contact customer support within 10 days of the ownership transfer.

f. Cancellation

  • The protection plan can be canceled within the first 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, a prorated refund may be provided.
